Parasite Summary Per Host
This report summarizes how many different lineages of Haemoproteus, Plasmodium and Leucocytozoon that have been recorded per host species.

Database Summary Report
This report displays database statistics like the total number of lineages, number of recorded unique host species and number of publications amongst others.

Grand Lineage Summary
This report extracts data from the "Hosts and Sites Table" excluding findings in non-natural hosts (zoological gardens, rehabilitation centers, etc.), morphospecies names from the "Morpho species summary" table, and lineage names and sequences from the "Master" and "Sequence” tables. For each lineage it summarizes in how many hosts (species, genera, families and orders) it has been found and its presence in 11 geographic regions (coded by 1=yes and "blank"=no). The column "Passerine" indicates whether the lineage has been found in passerines (1) or not (0).

Morpho Species Summary
This report lists all lineages that have been linked to morphospecies with a citation to the reference. The details of the reference can be found in the "Table of References" report.

Table of References
This report lists all published papers containing records that have been entered into MalAvi.

Table of Lineage Names
This report lists the MalAvi lineage names with the lineage names used in the original publications. This can be useful when checking a published paper as it will explain how the lineage names in the paper corresponds to MalAvi names. The list is however incomplete, especially for the oldest papers, because this information was added to the database with the start in 2011 (but it will successively be completed).

Vector Data Table
This report lists all records of lineages in vectors (the taxonomy is based on NCBI taxonomy IDs), PCR-methods, where these have been found and the reference. The details of the reference can be found in the "Table of References" report.

Hosts and Sites Table
This report lists all records of lineages in hosts (the taxonomy is based on NCBI taxonomy IDs), where these have been found and the reference. The details of the reference can be found in the "Table of References" report. Since 2011 the prevalence (number found, number tested) has been entered for studies reporting prevalence data.
